Perth Bagpipes brings you the highest calibre of piping for your special occasion. Our pipers are professional-multi instrumentalists who have played in some of the best pipe bands in the world and won world championships along the way. Playing only top quality instruments and adorned with full highland dress, clients are moved and mesmerised by the sight and sound of our traditional pipers.
Classically trained, this group of pipers have over 20 years’ worth of collective experience and each piper has been hand picked by world champion piper, and company founder, Scott Hannah.

SCOTT HANNAH
The founder of Perth Bagpipes is Scott Hannah. He has been playing the pipes since he was nine years old and currently works as a professional piper in the WA Police Pipe Band. He has played in many different grade one pipe bands such as Tayside Police Pipe Band, Strathclyde Police Pipe Band, Shotts and Dykehead Pipe Band, WA Police Pipe Band and the New Zealand Police Pipe Band.
Scott won the World Pipe Band Championships with Shotts and Dykehead Pipe Band in 2015.
Performing and teaching bagpipes all around Scotland and Europe since the age of fifteen, Scott played on live TV in Scotland on New Year’s Eve - twice! Some of his career highlights include playing on stage with artists such as Sir Paul McCartney, and The Piano Guys, and even performing for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Scott was the WA Solo Piping Champion which he won in Fremantle in December 2018 and regularly plays whistle and flute with a traditional folk band around Perth.
